Is this a scam? How is selling my home really free?

It's not a scam — it's a different business model. You list with us at $0 commission. We earn our commission when we represent you on the purchase of your next Maryland home, paid by the seller of that home. Buyer-side commissions are normal across the industry; we're just using ours to cover the sell side too.

What's the catch?

The only condition: to sell free, you also let us help you buy your next Maryland home. If you're moving out of state, downsizing without buying again, or already have another buyer's agent, the standard listing commission applies.

Do I really get the same service as a 3% listing agent?

Will my home sell for less because the commission is lower?

If after good-faith effort we can't find you a Maryland home, we'll discuss your options at that point. We won't surprise you with a bill at closing.
