  1. Home Price Estimate – finding that sweet spot price is instrumental to both sell quickly and maximize your profits. If you don’t nail it on the first try, you can lose out on a scary amount of time and money.
  2. Marketing – by combining 20 years of experience with a whole lot of hustle, I market the hell out of your home. Your home will have stunning professional pictures, brochures, and the whole nine yards to attract buyers immediately.
  3. Home Showings – these will be very stressful times. I handle all the logistics for you and do everything in my power to hold successful showings, while minimizing the impact on you and your family.
  4. Negotiate Deals – not everyone is an ace negotiator. You can rest easy knowing you have me on your side of the table when it comes down to getting you the best deal.
  5. Closing – all the paperwork can be seriously overwhelming. And if you’re misrepresented, you can get really screwed over.
  6. Finding Your Perfect Home – don’t get pressured into buying a house that you aren’t in love with by some of these scumbag real estate agents looking for a quick payday. I collaborate with all of my clients to put them in their perfect home and don’t rest until we find it.
  7. A Life-Time of Advice – our relationship doesn’t stop when you move into your new home. My phone line is always open to any of my past clients. I’m a personal friend to all of my past clients and love to hear from them, whether it’s to ask for advice on their home or just to catch up and grab a cup of coffee!

Typically, your real estate agent will earn commission when you sell your home AND when they buy your new home. In both cases, the seller of the home pays the commission to the real estate agents of both parties.

So what I do, is I sell your home for free and do not take a commission from you. And then when I find you your perfect new home, I earn commission from the seller of your new home.

And you pay me a total of $0 – no catches, no gimmicks, no fine print!

Well, for starters I love to help people.

As the Sales Manager for NV Homes, I facilitated every home sale in my division. My division built and sold around 250 homes every year, so I became very familiar with the industry and what clients were looking for.

I got to know many real estate agents and companies through this experience…

And I soon discovered how real estate agents represented their clients and how they solicited money from each of their clients…

I was astonished.

It all felt so SCUMMY.

Why were real estate agents squeezing money from both sides of their clients?

Eventually, I got so tired of watching real estate agents take advantage of their clients time and time again.

I can’t tell you how many times I witnessed real estate agents pushing their clients to take subpar deals just so they could get their clients to sign the dotted line and earn their commission.

Or how many times they left their clients high and dry by taking a greedy chunk out of the sale their home. It’s disgusting.

So I decided to do something about it.

Now I’m on a mission to help people like you not get screwed by these greedy real estate agents.

And that’s why I developed this unique business plan.

I want to put the money you earned from the sale of your home back in your pocket.

I only earn commission from the sellers of the home you buy. Whereas typical real estate agents recieve that commission AND make you pay them commission when they sell your home too.

Most real estate agents squeeze as much money for themselves as they can when they represent you.
