Frank helped my wife and I purchase our dream home and went above & beyond what anyone could conceivably ask of a real estate agent and I would recommend him to ANYONE that is either looking to buy or sell their home.
My wife and I are expecting our first baby in a couple of months, which led to an even more stressful home buying process than usual. To be honest, we were probably pickier than we should have been, but every step of the way Frank reassured us that he would find our dream home and to not settle. We must have toured over 20 homes together (all on different days) and he never made us feel like we were wasting his time, but rather encouraged us that we were making the right decision when we felt a home wasn’t right for us, even if it made sense on paper.
When we finally did find our dream home, of course we found ourselves in a multiple offer situation which led to us losing hope. Frank never wavered. He articulated the perfect bid and we won the home by overbidding the best offer by a few grand, which is as good as you can get!
Unfortunately for us, the stressful home buying process didn’t end here. Fortunately for us, however, we had Frank on our side…
Because our dream home came with one stipulation: it was a foreclosure and the bank did not own the deed yet and therefore could not sell it to us until they did. Well Frank took matters into his own hands and personally drove us to the Anne Arundel County Courthouse to find out where the deed was and how we could speed up the process. The seller’s agent didn’t even do that and it was their house!!!
Long story short, Frank saved the day and despite a nightmarish situation, got us into our home a month earlier and allowed us to prepare our home for our baby just in time.
Frank is a stand-up real estate agent and is as honest as they come. Combine that with the savings that you can’t get anywhere else and the only reason any reasonable person would not go with Frank is simply because they haven’t heard of him yet. And for those people, I feel sorry. Cause Frank is as good as you’re ever going to get and if you’re reading this right now – give him a call and I can assure you that you’ll be the next person writing a lengthy positive review because he was just that damn good.
